What we collect

From candidates: name, contact info, professional history, salary expectations, and any documents (résumés, references) you choose to share with us.

From clients: business contact info, role requirements, hiring scorecard inputs, and engagement-related correspondence.

From our website: standard analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type). No advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run searches on behalf of clients, matching candidates to roles.
• To communicate with you about active or future opportunities.
• To maintain a private talent database we reference for future searches.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

When we share

We share candidate information with clients only when the candidate has explicitly agreed to be represented for a specific role. Your name does not leave us without your sign-off.

We may share information with service providers we use to operate the business, email hosting, applicant tracking systems, accounting, under standard confidentiality terms.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what we have on you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email info@zerofloatsearch.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

If you're a resident of California, the EU, the UK, or Canada, the same applies, these requests are honored regardless of geography.

Cookies & tracking
